Any Class Explosion Stack?

Is it possible to use high Exploding and Scarlet Veil (for Explosive Impact) and maybe even Fission (Collapse, Hesperium) to make a melee build which explodes on every melee hit, thus greatly improving DPS?

 

That's what people have used a lot on 1.20, shredding tcc

Do you know will more than 100% Exploding or Stealing result in a certain explosion/emerald dropping?

Explosion yes, but stealing is certain but stealing has a cooldown so that much stealing is unncessary

 

Just a warning for explosion iirc(haven’t tried since 1.20) if exploding procs you don’t get life steal or mana steal from that hit, so if you go sveil tstack sustain is sometimes an issue when solo

 

I remember testing stealing back in 1.20, if you Tstack a super slow weapon you could get more emeralds per second then you normally should. But this was different from other peoples tests. Either way, stealing only gives 5 emeralds per mob.
