Mage/Dark Wizard I need a Lunar Spine build

I want to use the what is truly the weapon in Wynncraft history but my original build items have either sold been on the market or no longer useful. Since Arcanist seems pretty synergetic with spine I want to see how it plays out in the 2.0 landscape.
RESTRICTIONS:
Level 98
No mythics, no expensive dungeon items
Prefered to be less than 10 le at best

Lunar Arcanist is one of the most demanding playstyles in the game. It's Black Mage or nothing, but when you get in proper spell cycle it's oh so fun. I don't quite know if Conduit of Spirit fits the criteria of "expensive dungeon item," but if it does then slap some Umbral Mail on there as a placeholder until you can get one.

Pros:

chain lighting + lifesteal is your new heal

greed exists

20k meteors

Time rift for even more spell spam and mana steal procs

Cons:

Level 99

glassy (imo), plays ranged and conservative

Tomes, but cmon y’all grinded raids as soon as they came out

I ripped the skill tree off of someone else’s build cause I can’t edit it with my phone


I might change or revamp this later but for now, here ya go
