Shaman/Skyseer Panic Zealot Build

Does anyone have a good build that uses the Panic Zealot relic? I am using morph as a place holder and I only have 9k health. I would like an actual build that uses it that has no mythics, LI, or Quira. It may include dungeon items.

 

tbh overdrive is a much better weapon, tho the 1 costing spells from panic zealot are cool

Just spam aura as fast as you can, aura will give you 9 mana back thanks to invigorating wave, this hits like 60k+ dps easily without shepherd
