Media Legendary Island but I don't actively attack at all (pt. 2)

Previously, @YYGAYMER completed a challenge in which they didn't attack at all by using jasmine bloom and jumping, completing LI in 20 minutes. Go check out his post if you haven't already.

I found another way to achieve this feat, instead using mage, to beat LI in half the time and without using mana, no less. Observe how I never use melee attacks, thorns/reflection or cast spells to kill anything. They merely die under my meteoric gaze.

Arcanist has this special skill called Chaos Explosion



Which allows you to shoot up to 5 spells when you release your mana bank.


however, if you activate this ability while it is already active, it doesn't cancel out the previous chaos explosion, IT ADDS TO IT, meaning if you cast a chaos explosion for every spell cast in the previous chaos explosion, you can get 5 chaos explosions per chaos explosion and so on.

Very Chaotic.

So, if you say... do this for 5 minutes straight and then walk into LI, you get at least 10 minutes of hearing damage meteor spam.

Yes it works with ice snake too but ice snake doesn't build up as fast unless you can hit wayyyyy more enemies.

Spoiler: Some maths

The video is 10 minutes and 13 seconds long or 613 seconds in length. I cast meteors throughout. chaos explosion casts meteors every 0.4 seconds or 2.5x per second

This equates to approx 1533 meteors cast in this video, equivalent to 307 chaos explosions

 

I tried to do this on beta but ran out of meteor juice by yahyabot.

It took like 5-10 minutes of charging to get enough meteors. I had several runs where I ran out at ~cybel

technically I can only add 5 meteors/0.4s so it grows linearly, but for each level of chaos explosions, it grows exponentially.

I was tempted to do this without psychokinesis but it was annoying to aim
