Technically, I guess. Natural mana regen is 25 and the build has -24 so... I guess it checks out. Although the build definitely has a skill issue of the point variety. I'm surprised you can get this far without crafteds.

I have but one nitpick:
There is no stealing. Good build otherwise, its really tempting me to sell my soul into eternal servitude to all the archer dps raiders out there.

This is an absolutely awful build, it's not even just cursed.
84 mana totem that you have enough mana to cast.

I suppose I should have seen something like this coming. Definitely ruined.

How is this hybrid? Or summoner? Definitely cursed, but it does no spell damage and isn't even the right archetype.

My favorite thing about this build is that the other spells are actually useable. I was expecting something like an ambi+writhing growth slap, but this is so much more cursed. It's pretty funny looking at the spell costs and thinking its just a normal build until you see the totem cost.

You could easily set it up as summoner.
Also, cancelstack is MELEE damage, not Spell. Yes it is absolutely cursed, I just wanted to see if I could cancelstack Dawnbreak.

Cost Reduction + Mana Regen: Spellflurry (sflurry)
Mana Regen: Spellspam (sspam)
Spell Damage + Mana Regen: Tierspell (tspell)
Spell Damage, Cost Reduction + Mana Regen: Generalspell (gspell)
tierspell is spell damage and mana regen while ignoring spell cost. Most similar style is cancelspell, which uses spell damage and cost reduction, but mostly ignores mana regen.
