Panic Zealot Build[I still need one]

I am using morph panic zealot, which is sort of ok, but I have no health when using it (only 9k). I would like to get a better build for it. Can anyone find a good build for panic zealot that has no LI, or bass alters (exept for bottomless pit). It can include forgery dungeons.

 

Your Max Health does not matter for PZ because

PZ uses a spell every 5 seconds that depletes 95% of your current health

 

I mean the relic i need a build that uses the relic plz. (no mythic, LI, or boss alters except for botemless pit
