Need a build for Bob's Reincarnation

right now I'm level 82 and have very few quests that I can complete to level up (and don't want to spend hours grinding for all the XP) so I want to complete the Reincarnation quest. I'm pretty sure it's possible to beat Bob at my level, since I got pretty close one time (last stage iirc). However I think I need a stronger build to do so, and I don't know where to start.

Relevant stats:
Level 82
Assassin
about 105,000 emeralds to spend, if necessary (please don't make me spend them all)
I have the ability shards to reset my tree so ability tree recommendations are okay.

I don't meet the level req for any of the accessories besides the amulet

 

never mind I'll get to level 83 eventually so it doesn't matter
