climbing helmet gone

My climbing helmet has dissapeared and i have checked all my unidentified items, /fixquests, other classes, and other forum posts but never found my climbing helmet pls any suggestions

 

I've heard that sometimes opening your ingredient pouch reveals it hiding inside (don't ask me why, it just works for some people). Otherwise make sure you check very carefully to ensure you're not glossing over it in your bank or on a different class

 

It happened to me with the creeper helmet but I just did the quest in another class and put it in the bank so it wasn't a problem. It might be a bigger problem for you cus its a higher lvl quest.

 

For creeper helmet, go on the mountain again and you'll get another creeper skin

Just to double check...
Since you say it disappeared, I assume you mean you are positive you had it. If not, you might want to double check quests to make sure Ice Nations shows as complete and maybe even go back and click on the NPC again.
