    I gathered some Sunrise Wheat and it says it must be refined into flour to be used as an ingredient.

    It can be refined in aldorei but it’s only used as part of the aldoreis secret part 1 quest

    As part of Recipe For Disaster. The wheat in Aldorei's Secret part I is just normal wheat.
