Why can I get into aldori?

For some reason it won’t let me enter aldori town.
I’ve done aldori’s secret part 1 and in the reward area in chat it said I now have access to it but when I try to enter it says I can’t and teleports me out. Any suggestions?

Are you going into Aledori's Town or the Valley? Because the town requires part 2.

 

I try to get into the town because I need to be in it to get to the cave to star the bigger picture quest

 

If I remember correctly the entrance to the cave isn't even in aldorei, it's outside of it, you can find it more easily by leaving Cinfras instead of via Aldorei
