Guide Guild Alignment Chart

Looking into joining a guild, or other player organization? Confused at the massive number out there? Unable to spend ages of your valuable time figuring out a guild's vibe before you commit?

Fear no longer: Here is the 100% Canon Guild Alignment Chart, organized with an eye to the two most important qualities a prospective guildmember would be concerned about.


If your guild appears in what you think is a bad spot or doesn't appear at all, reply with your corrections and I'll update it.

VERSION 1.5 CHANGELOG:

• Events, warring, and guild size have pushed newcomer Avarita [AVTA] slightly towards Imperium Belli, but a heartwarming speech from an impassioned recruit has also given it purchase with the Uz. Quadrant II, the most contradictory-seeming chunk of our chart, is filling up nicely.
• Dev Notes: Though vague vibes are important, the scales have real, quantifiable traits to them. One could figure it out. The obtuse nature of the criteria is the entire point, fool.

VERSION 1.4 CHANGELOG:

• Dangerous truths have come to light about the previously hidden connections between the skyblock-refugee meme guilds of REALM OF UZ and FRUMAN BEE. As the latter isn't currently dealing with any twinks trying to jump ship, it was placed just to the left of the former.
• Aequitas joins the chart. Originally directly below Avicia, their approval ratings in the sentate have granted them some leftwards movement.
• Dev Notes: A political compass is a type of alignment chart, fool.

VERSION 1.3 CHANGELOG:

• A riveting interview sees [Mag] enter the chart! Though they've got a throbbingly caesarian amount of Auctoritas behind them, a notable lack of piety amongst their members and a tendency towards HQ-sniping has brought them slightly towards the materialist end of the graph.

VERSION 1.2 CHANGELOG:

• [fuy], after a brutal power struggle, enters the chart. Most seem to agree that they're centrists, but the disagreement has pushed them slightly into the lower-right quadrant.

• [AIn] has gained +71 Twinky Winky, placing it amongst the top tier of twink ratings.
• [AVO]'s extremophillia was originally averaged out to the dead center of the chart, but the nature of it's antics filled some of its cellar barrels with Uz Booze, and its current SR has gained it a small nod of approval from Augustus' disembodied head.

Is no one going to point out that this is a compass meme not an alignment chart, which typically has a 3x3 grid reading lawful/neutral/chaotic across the top and good/neutral/evil down the left resulting in 9 boxes of varying 2 word phrases to describe the legal and moral standing of a box's occupant. please change your title!!
