Shaman/Skyseer Help Ritualist Build level 60

Hey I'm revamping my level 55 shaman character and went Ritualist. Just wondering if any one has a spell spam build for that, max level 60 for an item. Please nothing too expensive, I don't want to spend more than 1 LE on a single item. Thanks for your help!

You can use photon at 61
