not sure if stealing works like thorns/reflection/pre 2.0 ls/ms, so i feel like sfast would probably be effective
Now you just need to slap one old keepers ring

 

Super fast doesn't really matter as long as you keep up a large AoE with clones, and the only reason that this dagger exists is for stealing. Also, stealing rn is the chance for an emerald to drop when hitting a mob, atk speed doesn't matter
I didn't think about using that ring, but it's perfect

 

I just checked, The Exploited has sfast attack speed and Greed. It has 10% less stealing then 100% vandalizer, but because you can keep ring of rubies over keepers it balances out.

I made this build a few weeks back to test if stealing is viable. All the crafteds were low enough level that I could make them myself. This gets about 6le per hour in the temple of legends grind spot, which got me the most money of the spots I tested due to the insane mob spawn rates in there (although if there's a better spot to do it please tell me). This is a far less efficient strategy compared to TNA, high level proffing, or lootrunning. Although if you do want to just turn your brain off for awhile and get free emeralds this technically works.

 

Since this post is on the second page how about a request for an Aftershock/Toxoplasmosis summoner build? (uproot gun if possible, please make it somewhat useable as I’m looking to buy an earth mythic relik and want to play summoner ty)

about how much would this build cost me to get/time spent for quests and stuff
and would this drive me insane trying to get all of them (not really looking for time spent getting good rolls, just the stuff in general)
Just look for the cheapest price for these items on the trade market and slap them on here, and say how many quests I need to do and their length
