How to take out territories' output?

I just founded a guild (single-person) and got a territory, thus it's automatically set as headquarter.
It says territory would output some resources, like emeralds and woods, and all resources would be sent to headquarter's guild bank.
But how do I take out these output? I don't even know what is "headquarter's guild bank"; the guild bank opened near emerald merchants don't have these resources.
