rich potions of healing are ridiculously overpowered

like…. wtf? it heals 500 hp a brew at level 20? that’s literally more than my max hp?? i can still use them at level 65 and it makes me unkillable to anything in the level 20s range because lol instant full hp

i feel like 150hp is maybe better value for them but also i kinda like how abusable these are for instant healing. for example. this video



it lets you ignore punishing boss mechanics by just. healing instantly. in addition to that you can also just hold right click on the one furthest from space 1 in your hotbar and consume every potion in your hotbar, instantly healing up to 2.5k hp. at level 20. with no downside other than inventory management. surely this is fine.

 

I wouldn't say they're that overpowered. They don't stack, can only be acquired in one place that takes some time to get to, and are obscure enough that I believe remembering to get them warrants using them. Sure you can tank up to 2.5k damage in one hit, but after that you need to quickly go into your inventory and put new potions in your hotbar, leaving you vulnerable.

 

Can't wait for instant heal potion high level edition

 

i mean once you tank the damage you won’t need to immediately tank more damage and can movement spell away or something. i also don’t think it takes that long.

…i also don’t think having potions that heal your entire health pool when you gain access to them is balanced. fair enough though. i barely see anyone use em for that reason most likely

Yeah, I feel you. it was kind of annoying and I'm glad in some ways that they centralized it, but it was nice having that many pots.

 

tbh i prob carried like 5 potions at once only bc inv clutter, kinda glad its gone(i dont rlly care tho soince i dont use potions anymore)
