What do * in ID mean?

Sometimes there are one or more * in IDs, like:
+50* Health Regen
+300*** Main Attack Damage
What do these * mean? I didn't found it on wiki.

 

* means it is a 70% or higher roll, ** means 90% or higher, *** means 100%.

These are not always 100% accurate, and they do not show on negative stats- but they show how good a roll is.

worth noting that these are based on the "internal" roll of an id which is a weird and confusing system that's mostly not important to understand - just know that ids get rounded in ways that might make them look better or worse than you'd expect from these star values
