Any Class Help What is the earliest you can achieve full tierstack?

Of +1 atk speed identifictions, what's the earliest level you can get to 6 stacks
I know about mummy's rag at 30
Heartbreak at 49
Scarlet veil for level 54
But so far that's all I know about.

Level 85 is the earliest full tierstack possible. This is because Breezehands is unlocked at lvl 85

 

I used skien's set + mask of courage at level 57 as warrior
and the spear was just some super fast thing

What do you mean by that? Lvl 85 is the lowest level where you can achieve +6 tiers attack speed.

 

They mean with a base weapon attack speed of super slow.

electrocharge greaves is pretty ass ngl

 

I just realized that the level on that build was set to 106. I added some other accessories and a tier I cosmic tome.
