this has lower dmg slightly, noticably less EHP but def better spell sustain (use smth like upper upper charge cycle)

That looks good but why use air powders on armour? I‘ve only seen rage hero builds up to this point.

added gale's sight to make it sustainable

 

Mainly becouse dodge is superior to rage in this update, but if you want to keep using rage, just slap earth powders in everything like this
