Is today’s Bonfire Spirit only accessible by people level 91 and up?

Spoilers if you want to find the spirits yourself of course.

So, I’m trying to find todays spirit, and it’s leading me to Avo territory on Corkus, and saying I can’t go in. I did some checking and apparently there’s a level 91 quest you need to access that area.

Just to make sure I’m understanding this right, you have to be at least level 91 to 100% finish this event?

and there may be stuff in SE which requires above level 100

however the event may come back next year because I heard that the rewards were also given last year

 

Hopefully there won't be any other stuff lock behind quests. (Portal to Dern, RoL, ToL, the passage, the void)

 

ah, shoot, i didn't check avos territory. that's my bad. i'll see if i can get it moved out before the event ends
edit: i have been informed you can still reach the spirit location if you go around the main avos territory. the actual spirit location is not questlocked
