daily quest not giving rewards

Is there a limited time frame(like 5mins) to click on the link for the daily rewards? I completed mine for today, click on the link after going back to a town to deposit stuff and I didn't get anything, but I got the bonfire chest.

 

Have you completed your daily objective on a different class? You can only do it once per class. But that still doesn't explain how you got the bonfire crate hmmm.
What do you mean you didn't get anything? Did you open it and you got no items or did you not even get the option to open it? Either way try do /daily it should let you claim the rewards.

 

I only have 1 class char at the moment. What I meant was after I did my daily, I clicked on the message in the chat box but nothing would come up, I was given the bonfire crate but I haven't opened it yet.

It worked thanks! I tried it before and it didn't work for some reason, but when I logged back in and tried it I got my rewards.
