My submission:
Get bouncing bomb through Twain’s Arc (you can in-game). Loses ~.3 mana per second by my approximations, so mana should be fine unless you’re spamming for 5 years. Don’t really know what content you want this for, but if it’s for TNA, I can try and redo it with frenzy (though, for that I’d have to know if you want hp sustain, and If triple shots ls is ok for that. Granted idk if I can get significant hpr and 20k phantoms. I could also drop refined gunpowder for homing shots, but you’d have to deal with triple shots ls if you want frenzy)

Also, if you’re unaware, grape bomb + bouncing bomb doesn’t reset focus on targets that don’t die to it. If you don’t believe me, test on a combat dummy.

omg thank you i thought 20k phantom with hellstrand is not possible! im recently experimenting with budget/low level bows, like when i made a 20k phantom thunder relik bow (level 30 smt bow build). I wonder why people actually use hellstrand though, it seems popular in 2.0

Hellstrand is just unironically good in 2.0. A lot of builds I make Hellstrand outdamages cluster even. This is prolly due to a few reasons:
- Hellstrand sd makes it closer to Cluster base than it looks (so in low sd builds Hellstrand will win, and vice versa)
- 13 dex, especially with precise shots
- Lots of builds are forced to take fire mastery if they want frenzy + sharpshooter
- Hellstrand is superior for heavy hybrid and has hpr%

I’d also say since powder special nerf, ttide has become viable in the meta.

It's like throwing everything you have just to reach that damage

Tbh, I've fiddled with the build, and if it's possible, it's outside of my wheelhouse
Also, even that build is unsustainable, you lose around 12 mana per second storm bomb cycling, meaning you'll run out of mana in like 12 seconds

Clarification:
Idk if you’re gonna get same damage/ehp with sustainable costs (though I may be wrong)

 

hmmmmmm i might want to gmt build with 25-30k phantom, at least 30-35k ehp and very good sustain, at least better than that 3 mana storm 60k divzer build i made

kinda woozy to compare it with divzer one as divzer build was pretty radical
But at least I can say it's way more stable

But Divzer one hmm... while being spell steal, it has noticeable spell cost.. so both could work (unless wynnbuilder is lying about spell cost as you mentioned)
