Mage/Dark Wizard Help Spellspam Fatal Tank Abomination

'Tis I, returning for another episode of my horrible quest to make a fast hybrid spellspam tanky fatal build. I've got a decent start, but I need help on min-maxing the mana regen and spell costs.

I'm hoping to get spell costs down as much as possible and maybe a bit more mana regen for good measure. And yes, I know there are better builds but I enjoy doing this because I'm a monster and I want to rebel against the item team's "thunder builds use mana steal" tyranny.

Hmmm, not a fan of the -walk speed, but that wouldn't be too hard to change. I might give that a go.

 

Well...There is time dilation unlocked on the tree, so the -ws isn't as significant as it seems.
