A little over 50 mana per second. Sustains ~phantom phantom bomb cycle.

 

Not including mana traps and passive regen

 

That actually was including passive regen. Negative mana steal means that base attacking self-sabotages a bit, but factoring mana traps you can probably get a bomb-bomb-escape cycle. Phantom is still better damage though.

Ummm...is that tierstack? Tierstack can usually get much higher, but that lifesteal is really nice.
Edit: mask of the lunatic isn't compatible with bullwhip, so no crimson effigies.
