Ender Chest Question

Whenever I try to start a new class my ender chest always keeps the things from my last class, idk if thats an intentional feature or not, but I wanted to know if theres a way to empty my ender chest without throwing all my things on the ground.

 

Unfortunately, no. Your bank is shared throughout all your classes (note that the Ironman gamemode completely disables ender chests).
The only way to truly get rid of your items is to throw them away.
But you could sell the good stuff on the market and if you're feeling a little generous you could give the items to other random players
