    Since this was hotfix 6, I thought all of it was a prank and they made Regeneration give negative health regen with multiple totems, made the Furious Effigy change just so Shamans died faster, and Flaming Tongue works with Overseer but it's blocked.

    Then I realized it was all true, and it made sense for these changes to be made. So they're unblocking Flaming Tongue from Overseer because it'll work? And multiple totems will stack healing? Furious effigy will make Sacrificial Shrine go with the flow of double effects? Nice

    SHAMAN REGEN BUFF FROM 0.5% TO 1% WOOHOOOOOOOOOO
