    The wiki says to simply kill any mob in the Mesa, but I can't seem to get any drops. I'm playing with okay stats for loot Bonus and quality, at least nothing weird to give me bad drops. Any help appreciated

    It's mostly just an RNG thing. As long as you're killing mobs in the same level range as the gear, you should get it eventually. Additionally you can always check Trade Market to see if anyone is selling it
