So I'm trying to become the dedicated healer of he party, and while I heal 15% (single cast and first pulse of Orphion's Pulse) of my max health, no matter how high my health gets I can't heal someone more than 30% of their own max hp.

And I wonder, fluid healing can increase that 15% of my max hp, making my heal more potent.

But does it maybe do the same to that 30% of an ally's max hp? Could I in theory heal someone for half their hp at once? Or more?

I think Fluid Healing only effects self heal (and heal for orbs). Hence why Acolyte is just godtier for healing, since it doesn't have a healing cap for allies (why this is the case I have no idea. Acolyte with triple totem allows you to heal an ally for up to 90% of your max HP in a single aura). Although I am not sure if Orphion's Pulse increases the heal cap since it does trigger heal 2 more times...

Well, I can say for Orphions puls, if I'm not mistaken the different pulses are supposed to count as different casts, one of 15% and two of 20% making a total heal of 55% of your max hp to yourself and others.

But you're saying fluid healing doesnt affect ally healing at all? Like, not even below the cap? That doesn't make any sense

I'm saying I don't think it increases the healing cap for allies.

So if we just have base Heal, having Fluid Healing won't increase that 30% health for allies cap to something like 40%. It'll just increase the amount of health restored from heal (since base Heal is 15% of max health, Fluid healing may boost it up to say like 20%)

    Ah yeah, I understand.

What I'm thinking is just, let's say I have exactly twice as much max hp as my friend. If I heal for 15% my max hp, I heal him for exactly 30% of his max hp. That's the cap. Fluid healing will increase the 15%, I can heal myself more, but if it doesnt increase the cap it won't do anything for my friend.
