Some links *may* be broken at the moment. Please inform me if any breaks. (WynnBuilder updates)

    2.0.1 stuff:
they fixed the bouncing grape bomb thingy that means sharpshooter dps fell off a cliff (deserved)
but also trapper has risen to the meta status

Are you a new player or just a returning one being confused by a big funny colorful stone tablet menu? Well, the ability trees in this thread hopefully can serve as a base for you to build upon!

The trees will be separated by either archetype or playstyle.

    Notes:
    - These trees generally focuses on squeezing as much damage as possible within reasons.
    - These aren't also strict guidelines either.
    - Some abilities are entirely based on player preferences, so adjust accordingly to yours.
    - Any spare Ability Points go somewhere idk.
    - This is not a guide to Ability Trees. It's just some presets.

Abilities and You: General clarification on some choices
    I. Shared knowledge:
    1. The importance of Mana Reduction.
Wynncraft is a hack-and-slash action RPG, and damage output kind of scales on how fast you are casting spells (or melee).
Generally, aim to reach a certain mana threshold that lets you comfortably cycle between 2 damaging spells through mana reduction abilities before going for a flat damage increase.

    2. Precise Strikes
Archer and Warrior shares an ability that adds 30% Critical Hit Damage.
If you have dexterity, then prioritize getting this over flat damage increase.

    II. Warrior
    1. Vehement vs Tougher Skin
While Vehement only gives 20% Walk Speed at its maximum,
Tougher Skin just gives a 5% damage reduction on most sources of damage.

    2. Quadruple Bash
This ability makes your bash hits 4 times with "double" the speed, at a cost of reducing Bash damage by (-20%).
Guess what, the speed is a lie. It feels like a 1.5x.
And Bash hitting 4 times with a damage decrease is also a detriment.
    - New Bashes stops all ongoing bash, resulting in a damage loss when cycling.
    - The 3rd and 4th bash is so slow and so far away that it probably won't hit your target.

    3. Generalist
This ability makes your third DIFFERENT spell to cost 5 mana instead of its cost.
The thing is- you are likely only going to be cycling 2 spells.
Unless you like doing 3 then its your preference.

    5. Blood Pact
This ability consumes HP for spells instead of Mana. It can charge your corrupted meter.
Well, except, dead DPS isn't that great.

    6. Discombobulate
If you are using Collapse, then sure.
But overall, it gives a small damage increase for the cost of a lot of Ability Points. Getting things like Radiance and Precise Strikes is better.
I am not sure how this ability functions either.

    7. Ragnarokkr
Gives a 1.3x increase on your final damage, instant must have.

    8. Brink of Madness
It's behind 2 high cost and awful abilities.

    III. Mage
    1. Psychokinesis
Makes your Meteor go straight, at the cost of 2 AP.

    2. Manastorm
Gives you 10 mana over 5 second for each spell you casted when over 100 mana.
Except, it can stack on top of itself.
Incredibly powerful if you are lacking in mana.

    3. Devitalize vs Sunflare
Devitalize is more consistent, whereas Sunflare would only likely proc when you're in a team or getting hit a lot.

    IV. Archer
    1. Focus: is 5 or 7 better?
    Overall, 5.
7 Focus requires a lot more ability points due to it being gated behind Crepuscular Ray.
And Wynncraft being a fast-paced game, it is quite common that you will miss a lot.
But if you trust in your First-Person Shooter skills, then go ahead.

    2. Frenzy and Focus
Getting Frenzy means you are locked on Triple Shot.
And Triple Shot could make you lose focus more upon an accidental melee.
Not only that, ever-changing speed isn't the best for your aim and need a ton of Ability Points.

    3. Fire Creep and Scorched Earth
Creates a field of Fire under an Arrow Bomb.
What makes this different than Bryophyte Roots (and incredibly broken) is that it can stack on itself, resulting in a ton of passive DPS.
Oh, and it can charge Focus.

    V. Assassin
    <To Be Added>

    VI. Shaman

I like the idea but you can't really make "general" trees, you usually want to optimise it for a specific build

Never did I mention that these are 100% fully-optimized and meta tree, nor that these trees are final and you can't change things around.
These trees try to squeeze out as much damage as possible within reasons.

I wanted to provide these as a means for other player to have some samples that they either can compare theirs to, or build upon it.
Sure I did not include niche trees like Brink of Madness or Teleport Riftwalker since they should be accompanied by specific build.

At least the trees that I provided, let you pretty much plop in a wide range of builds and it'll magically work. That's "general" enough.
Maybe there are multiple similar choices or something, in that case, I usually leave some spare points up to player discretion. (e.g. Precise strikes or not)
