Nether scar vs burnout

basically when ever there a tstack build it uses one of these 2 boots or its weird so what one do you lot prefer

burnout is the tanky option with actual hp regen but loses a little mana

nether scar is better for damage with poison exploding main attack and more skills but leaves you with no hp regen sometimes -regen

the difference isnt to big in damage but just say what u prefer and consider both in next tstack build

depends on the build, i usually use nscar because the extra 14 skill points are good

Anyway, Nether's Scar is better on builds that have terrible, beyond-saving HPR, and helps cancel any - HPR out, while Burnout is a good choice in any tierstack build.

I would say that nether's scar is better. When paired with cancer and horizon, the raw hpr from these 2 items cancels out the -hpr on nether's scar. Even though your only left with 100 raw hpr, the 180% hpr on nether's scar boosts it up to 500. So that's 24 skill points and several damage boost IDs on a single pair of boots (and when paired with the above, a lot of hpr). Much better than burnout imo.
