Shaman/Skyseer Please rate my lvl 105 hybrid shaman

Hey everyone I've recently started playing again and thought I would try and make a build for myself, this is the first build I've ever made so I would appriciate it alot if you guy's could rate it for me/ give me some tips :D

it looks ok, but mana is not enough to sustain and runic coin is a bad necklace choice

 

I'll try changing it then, I already have a few changes in mind
