Assassin/Ninja Help Need a good build for assassin (can use cheap mythics)

Just sold a disco and now I have 5stx I need a build recommendation that can get me through a lot of the aspects of the game like tcc raid maybe even tna I dont think its possible tho

I have that set lying around and I personally don't like it because of the -hpr it's just annoying

you dont have -hpr if you have a good hpr% nethers scar

 

yh if you have 100% total hpr it will cancel out the -hpr
(it's just annoying that raid buffs dont give as much hpr tho)
