Lootcouldown while Lootrunning

Hi I just stardet Lootrunning and I know what Lootcouldown is and how it works, but I wondered if there is a way to avoid it or do I have to wait 3-10min after switching servers for a new lootrun?

 

Loot cooldown - Chest tier based, and loot cooldown is triggered if you opened a chest in past <? assuming 24> minutes, and then switched servers (including logging out and rejoining)

That being said, you may avoid it entirely by not opening chests for 24 minutes (As it's the loot cooldown for T4 chests)
