SPOILER Finding new ingredients

Um yeah this thread's purpose is hunting for those new ings added in 2.0

I've found Weaponsmithing and Cooking ingredients by Wynntils Guide but not the way to obtaining them

So let us try to find every new ingredient in 2.0

you can get the strange trinkets from the quest "All Roads To Peace" when you complete one of the tasks you have to do to progress in the quest

Ones I know of already:

• Feyborne Alraunes in the Pre-Light Forest drop Ignited Faebloom and another new ingredient, Faebloom Petal (melon slice).
• Yale Leather (leather) is dropped by Yales in the same area.
  
• Looted Alloy (iron ingot) is dropped by Yales, Freelancers and Freewheelers.
• Feline Claws (flint) are dropped by Catsith.
  
• Pilfered Silver (iron ingot) is dropped by Catsith, and also obtained as a reward from an All Roads to Peace task.
• Strange Trinkets are dropped by something in the Pre-Light Forest in addition to an All Roads to Peace task, but I've only gotten 1 as a drop so I'm not sure what. Maybe Freelancers.
• Windswept Roots (dead bush), same situation.
• Myocardial Legs are from the Gateway realm in Fantastic Voyage.

 

The "Myocradial Leg" ingredient dropped from leg eaters in void valley area when I was grinding those mobs for ingredients. However, since leg eaters also drop toxxulous ripper legs, which are also a rarer drop from toxxulous rippers, it's possible the ingredient may also drop from a second mob. I have no idea what mob this would be, but I'm guessing something within the rodoroc or sky islands area based on the level.

Most ingredients around the chest level can usually be found in loot chests, and because this ingredient is level 92 you'll likely find it alongside other ingredients. However, even though the ingredients spawn in loot chests, they also have a mob that drops it as a rarer drop (for example, dragonlings drop dragon aura, dark rukhs drop flow of fate, angels drop angelic gems/green opals, etc).

Based on the above post, a mob within the fantastic voyage quest on gateway island drops it (although that is a very weird place to have an ingredient drop). However, they also drop from leg eaters in SE, likely to tie in with the entire "leg eater" joke established already with the mob being able to rarely drop toxxuolous ripper legs.

Where exactly was the mob? Was it within the dernic area of the quest or outside of it? I haven't played the new version of the quest and it wasn't one of the ones to be reset so I honestly have no idea. If it was in the dernic area, it would be kind of an interesting tie-in for the leg eaters (which are SE mobs) to have eaten those mobs' legs at some point, which would honestly be a cool nod to the quest.
