Quest Breaking Glitches

Over the past few days I have attempted to complete six quests. Of those six, four were glitched, and of those four, two were impossible to complete. The two broken quests are "Misadventure on the Sea" and "Mixed Feelings."
The first quest, Misadventure on the Sea, is simply missing one of the dead bodies that need to be cleaned, but the quest can not progress without it, so progress is halted. I have tried exiting, re-entering, relogging, etc. all to no avail. The second quest, Mixed Feelings, didn't start a dialogue trigger (the dialogue trigger leads to the removal of an invisible wall), and this caused my progress to be stopped yet again.
I would take this to the glitch report page, but I don't have the privilege to do that yet, so I need to post it here. I would greatly appreciate an admin or mod getting in contact with me to solve this problem.
