Here is the Riftwalker and Light Bender hybrid build I am shooting for:

    IMPROVEMENTS?
This build primarily focuses on using Nepta Floodbringer for it's fast attack speed. It has high survivability but low damage. Breathless and Winded should help improve the damage. It can optionally use Lament for stronger heals, but its very slow attack speed lowers the dps potential of the Ophanim orbs. Focusing on the Nepta Floodbringer build, I want to raise effective HP to at least 50k, keep heal above 10k, and keep Ophanim per melee max damage above 5k. Any suggested changes or modifications? I'm open to completely revamping the entire build if you have one with better stats that fit my targeted criteria.

Actually slow attack speed is the most optimal for orphanim but I can’t really make it slow lol, if you’re willing to sacrifice ehp and heal it can do better orb dmg up to 7-9k.

Absolutely amazing! I can't find any alternative equipment that would be better than what you suggested. Some minor changes I did is that I decided to not use Divination or Fortitude. Divination lowers the per orb damage, and would not be ideal against bosses with high elemental defense like Qira. With curse and concentration, orbs should be hitting for 2k+ water damage each. Yes, overall dps is lower but at least I won't be stumped by high elemental defense mobs/bosses. With 3 less orbs to heal and being quite tanky, Fortitude won't activate very often so I opted to spend the ability points elsewhere. Does my reasoning/understanding make sense? Or am I wrong about how elemental damage/defense mechanics work?

Also, wouldn't a higher attack speed be better for stacking on winded more quickly? Can curse still stack multiple times upon itself?

Thanks for all the clarification and help!

Winded has a short, built-in cooldown so it's better optimized with an attack speed around slow. You'll be applying it at mostly the same rate at slow as your would at super fast attack speed. Also, at superfast not all of your ophanim orbs will be thrown at the target if you maintain your melee uptime. Your orbs come out at a steady rate instead of all at once, and doing another melee attack will reset the orbs, making the orbs at the back of your melee strikes redundant. That means if you have a Lament, you should honestly just switch to it as it's a direct upgrade from Nepta. Also clicking at super fast attack speed will destroy your index finger irl

Also if you decide to do raids or content with other players, I'd recommend grabbing a King of Hearts to dual wield for healing and an extra bit of mana regen that will help in a pinch.

Thanks for the explanation! I don't have Lament yet, but I'm saving up for a good one! I'll look into King of Hearts if I want to go full-on support for raids.
