Crafted build glimmering coin health regen

I'm doing a crafted run and wanted to make a set of low level (30~45) loot bonus equipment, though realized that the negative raw health regen may be a problem

was wondering, as a low level crafted, what options do I have for removing the negative health regen.

 

I doubt it would be a very big issue, though I still can’t find any actual values for base health regen. I’d just say only use a few, and it should be fine. That being said, I have played with negative health regen before and it is very annoying, but I also have absolutely no idea what item you could use.
Maybe just put them on your weapon, so that if the -health regen is too much you can simply switch off of it to recover.
