cant cast heal spell even though ive unlocked it in ability tree

Having the same issue, please help?

 

If you guys went arcanist, it's because of the mana bank alternative. Pretty much arcanist doesn't have a heal and instead rlr will give you whatever mana is in a mana bank (it should show up as a boss hp bar at the top) that is filled up in ways like attacking enemies with spells and regular attacks.

 

oh i see thanks and also how do you get ability shards

 

Ability shards can be obtained via Daily Rewards, Daily Objectives, Weekly Objectives and Guild Objectives. You also can get 6 shards from Recover the Past (Quest), and raids currently have shards as a reward. There's also a limited time merchant in Detlas that sells 1 Shard for I believe 8 Emerald Blocks each. Worse case scenario you can also buy shards off Trade Market
