Shaman/Skyseer Help Level 92 shaman build,

Hello, I was wondering what a good around level 92 shaman build is, any play style is fine if you already know one but I would prefer spell spam.
The main points that I want for a spell spam build is:
1. 2 mana 8k 1 wave damage auras, without totem
2. At least 5/5mr
3. 17k+ ehp
4. A good exp bonus is nice but not nessisary
5. No mythics and preferably no crazy expensive items since I’m broke

 

At that point I would wait until at least level 100 before thinking about a class build.

 

7/8 morph blue mask overdrive
4/5 mr tho and bad costs unless 129 int and 129 int is asking to die as shaman

 

You can use this until lv 100+ when you can use full morph or something else

lol yea 3 cost aura is hard to constant spam

 

I still find it weird that people spam aura. I always wait for it to rebound before recasting.
