I recently found a spot that seemed to have an incredible spawn rate with totems, mobs lvl 99, and mananged to drop a pretty decent amount of legendaries but a guild mate randomly saw me and told me that it's not about the spawn rate but something else. Can't remember what he told me and he barely explained it but he seemed pretty knowledgeable. So, I'm wondering what are the parameters in searching for a good mythic loot grinding spot? And with the current state of the absurd amount of people loot running and especially the people who don't know about loot runners discord or are purely sniping is it worth it to loot grind instead even without a disco/toxo?

Also feel free to share any mythic grinding spots or the builds you think are best to loot grind with

see what people seem to always forget is that the forgery does way more than just let you roll mythics at a low chance assuming all 4 people running are coordinated, you can finish a run easily in like 30-40 min and the total value of everyone's chests always exceeds the cost of the run like just from raw emerald rewards alone you make back around 2 le that's not even counting the extra runes, keys, potions, gear, and even the occasional black horse that you can get as long as you're evenly splitting costs forgery is always a net positive people always consider this from an individual's perspective but imagine 4 people are running id have to do the math but I think on average a mythic should drop for at least one person 50% of the time like every 15 or so runs? which is fricking absurd
(This is for 2.0, right now the mythic drop rate is lower)

you two are kinda horrific at making readable posts

    obligatory plug https://forums.wynncraft.com/thread...-mod-to-track-mythic-grind-spot-stats.301172/
you can use this tool to check if a grind spot's worth it (usually 300+ mobs is nice but you also need it to have a good item rate, perhaps a good overall rarity rate aswell)

Does this spot happen to be miners?

try /mkt advanced to see the item rate if you don't want to math (also has rarity index)

usually 4-7 is good (half that if you have dloot going on) as for rarity index idk different spots so i dont have a lot of data on this
