it yeets a potion at us doing 56 damage to @CrypticLucid and 0 damage to @TheFrostB1te because dodge

(sir, you do realize that burst is better for single targets)

 

They both do 200% damage to 1 target. Also I have -spell cost on frenzy.

 

they're the same. but he has -25 2nd spell cost, and burst is first spell frenzy is second, so his frenzy only costs 15 mana, but burst would still cost 40. So, 4 frenzy does more damage than two burst two smack
