As you can see it is completely not viable without crafteds.

its either a super tanky healing-focused helmet or a mana regen spam (like aquarius levels, but even more) but at the cost of everything else and super high int req (like 135)

tbh if you want thqt concept you could make huge mr and huge +2nd and 4th spell but only a bit -1st and 3rd so the gimmick is that if you wear the helmet youre only 1st and 3rd spell spammer which most class is in 1.20
