Archer Dmg Question

So im a level 104 Archer and i was wandering what dps would be normal for me im currently using the mythic bow spring but i cant really say that i feel stronger with it it feels like im doing little to no dmg ill link my build below so if you have suggestion for improvment that would be great.

That damage on your bombs and storms + Time Rift looks quite good---obviously it's not a Divzer though.
Perhaps you're getting walled by something with water defense, and so it feels lower?
Also, you can use Nighthawk as your helmet for stronger arrow storms from farther away, where only one stream would hit. Although if you fight up close it's worse.
