Assassin/Ninja Help Is my Roulette build Wynncraft 2.0 ready?

A fellow adventure made this fantastic build that I love, and since that, it's been fantastic, but then I switched it over to Wynncraft builder 2.0. The damage went up a lot, but with the intelligence "rework," will this build sustain itself? If anyone can do the math and recommend items, powder, runes, skill tree, etc. Thx!

not really unless you spell cast really slow

 

It depends on the spellspam cycle.
This build gets ~25 mana per second with mana steal. If your spellcasting rate is 2 spells per second, you can cycle a dash with any other spell. Any other combination at 2 spells per second (a fairly standard rate for spellspam I believe) will drain mana, though it will probably take a decent amount of time to run out, especially if you utilize Harvester well.

 

Also, my spell cycle will be cast smoke bomb for marks and aoe than vanish backstab.

 

yeah that wont be enough I think, there will be few second time that you need to stand still hit enemy to charge manasteal to combo again which is a dps loss
