Kinda a meh level 66 melee build but whatever
I mean it also has ok sustain so idk
And a bit of poison

 

Personally i would just wear all morph to the lvl i can wear and just fill the rest with whatever i can use. It doesnt rly matter since at lvl 70 u should get the tower of ascension set

 

im doing some dungeons rn, im lvl 64 so ill upgrade to that when i reach 66

I think it's better than my first one and it only requires level 65 but it's a bit more pricy
Also once you get to level 67 you can replace the chestplate with admiral (A better version of Millennium bought from the galleon's graveyard dungeon shop)

Low level spellsteal babyyyy, the ehp looks bad compared to some other builds but trust me, I've used this build before, the 14 ms, 225 ls and sslow means you can stay in vanish for as long as you want, and when the powder special charges up you get a lot of ls and a (nearly) guaranteed full mana bar. Also has 72% xp bonus for some reason (I didn't intentionally build for xp bonus). 4.8k boosted spins and 12.5k boosted multis, add that together with actually sustainable spell costs and you got something which shreds anything at level after one or two combos.
