not really? i mean it won't spellspam... but also that build never really spammed in 1.20.3 either so /shrug
i didn't bother running the calculations just played it ingame
though the build has enough mana to like
meteor meteor tp cycle slowly
(just enough mana to cast meteor once per second)

probably not optimal but its kinda funny that its even close to working

 

not bad for full sharpshooter, ig
