Linking MC Account to New Wynncraft Forum Account

I am trying to link my Minecraft Account to this Wynncraft Forum account, however it is already linked to a prior account I don't have access to.
Is there a method for me to unlink my MC account from the Forums and relink it to this account (in which I am posting this question from)?
