I use Terraria logic to survive, greatly exaggerating the rumors of my death. As obsidian, I am inanimate and end up being made into armor that is given to @Sir_Doomed as a peace offering by a neighboring village.

 

I realize that I can just eat all of the potatoes, and I do so. Now that there are no more potatoes, the universe plunges into chaos, with everyone trying to get their hands on just one more spud.
I own the one remaining potato, and I use it to bribe the residents of the city to accept me as their new ruler. I then copy and paste the city in an undisclosed location, just as backup.

I find your backup city and delete it. I then recreate all the potatoes you ate and turned all the potatoes that are currently in your stomach into cyanide. Since you have yet to digest some of the food, you die within 10 seconds. I retake the city and give it to @ManicInsanity because he is essentially the only other person playing this game
Incase you somehow revive, you will automatically be sent to the backrooms with no way to escape it.

Since they're a part of my guild, ManicInsanity has the mandatorily installed chip in their brain which makes them loyal to me and only me

they're still probably loyal to you in the non-brain controlled sense
As such, they destroy the backrooms, revive Toucanus (the Supreme Overlord of the Toucans), and give the city to me.

The entire "Squatter's Rights" argument is completely invalid, because the original city, not any of the Potatomanced clones, still belongs to me in the depths of the Amazon.

I wash off the bovine excrement, wreck the squatter's right's argument in court, make cows illegal, and kick every single one of you out of my city.

 

Except… what if I own the depths of the Amazon?
You have to pay me rent, and due to a failure to do so, I repossess your city.

 

I give everyone their own city

 

I create a massive lag machine and cause a server rollback, which confuses the heck out of everyone which lets me steal the ownership of the Amazon, therefore stealing the city

 

I kill Jeff bezos and mess with his will making me the owner of Amazon and by proxy the Amazon

 

I use a very specific (and very big) sword from a very specific video game to slice the connection between the Amazon (location) and Amazon (company), therefore rendering your strategy useless

so I still own the city

 

I flip the sword upside down so now it puts things back together instead of slicing them in twain (that's how swords work)
I then hire a lawyer to prosecute CatFan who goes to jail forever (I definitely understand how laws work) for the murder of Jeff Bezos and since I'm his next of kin I gain control of Amazon

 

I then combine the Amazon, Florida, and Australia into the mega habitat for the craziest and biggest creatures imaginable. Don’t worry, the city is still fine because it is surrounded by water and protected by elite Florida men.
