Warrior/Knight Help me with fitting in scarlet veil to this build

After doing TCC 29 times and NOL 5 times with the average helm splitter tstack build(very cool)

I realized that playing with stone walker 3 is very, very, oh so very very very......... very very very satisfying because of explosive impact being cool
In conclusion i want to use scarlet veil because it is very very blah blah it is very cool boom boom explosion i want it >:C

Restrictions: No mythics, prefer non crafted(if noncrafted sucks then frick it go all in)
can use tomes, i got 6 xtra sp from tomes currently cuz no cosmic and no guild tome
I don't know how much explosion % chance i want to have with the final build, but ill just say 50% since that means a 50% for explosion to proc with a melee attac right?
Try to keep 90k ehp and 30k dps unboosted

Argh that’s the best I can think of…
Need 1 crafted to cancel that -1 atk speed on helm splitter
Idk if there’s any tstack crafted accessories with explosion but that works if you can find one
Actually for explosive impact builds you want to get as close to 100% as possible but I can’t make it work
Ignore that explosion, it can hit 90k ehp with war scream

Pretty much impossible with those reqs, either you get almost no exploding or no ehp. Unless you use knuklebones, wich sucks cuz -ms and -ls

 

alright then what would a crafted buidl look like for this then

 

Im gonna try to find a recipe for a crafted exploding acc and use it in a build, tho i would recommend getting a collapse, since its easier to build with scarlet veil
