Hmm, spell and melee damage will both be bad, with base 1-3 damage. Rawstack maybe? No, it will still have low damage.

Melee does not work well. . . . Oh oops. It's only fast speed.

As DeltaWave said, it's not really meant to be a used weapon. You can sell it in the . . . Shiar (I believe they spelled it, so to avoid copyright or maybe as a joke?) near Dodegar for a sizeable amount of LE.
