if you smoke bomb they are gonna tank 2 hits and thats enough for them to use movement spell if they are smart and gtfo of the radius of the smoke bomb

265k ehp, only 10k melee dps and like 8k auras for 4 mana w/ Dragon's, no extra mana.

alos the infused build + rawspell builds also scare me deeply because they're both usable
they aren't optimal in any way shape or form but they're usable even w/ the unreasonable restrictions put on them and i applaud you

In theory, this is a great build.
Why?
Well,

While Wynnbuilder says that War Scream doesn't do much damage, that's not entirely true. War scream hits ~999 times (give or take), which means that a mob will be taking 2553 damage EVERY hit (I believe it actually hits around 20 times). While this coupled with the insane range of War Scream is already highly impressive, there's an additional boost to this kind of build - War Scream doesn't cancel itself out. Just like with Spin Attack, you can cast War Scream as many times as you damn well please and it won't cancel out the previous ones, unlike most other spells.

note: use archilles instead of rev for the 1st build, rev is pointless unless your building with really low base in which case it works, but hive has reasonable base so archilles works better.

 

Nope. Just tried it, and it has less ehp and less dps. If you're using a weapon with, like, alka-level dps, then rev isn't useful, both otherwise it is.

 

good point. personally i still wouldnt use rev because i like my builds mythicless

Why did I use Fantasia for this build?
Well
The concept of rawstack is thus: get a sfast item and then slap nmelee on it. Take an item with already maxed out attack speed so that you d0n't have to focus on adding tiers. A spell% stack, then, would have to take an item with already base spell costs so that you don't have to focus on subtracting spell cost, and just slap on spell%.
Plus fantasia has rly good dps which is useful for spell%
